Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For food products, we can only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, in accordance with food safety standards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
